Return Policy

Auto Door Spares offers exchanges and refunds for incorrectly purchased items according to the following conditions.

Please return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item to the following return address:

Include a copy of the Returns and Exchange Form with the return.

All items must be returned unopened in original, undamaged packaging. All batteries, accessories, etc., must also be returned in original condition. The return or refund will not be processed if the item or packaging is damaged or used.

For change of mind or incorrect purchases, the customer is required to cover the cost of postage with standard tracking. Please note that tracking is required as Auto Door Spares cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of an error on our part, we will reimburse the amount for return postage with tracking.

If a replacement item is required, a pre-paid return post package with tracking must be included in the return. For replacement garage openers, please contact Auto Door Spares directly to arrange return postage costs.

All refunds or credits will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase.

In the event of an item that appears to be faulty, please initially contact Auto Door Spares for over-the-phone advice. We will discuss whether a solution can be provided or whether the item needs to be returned. 

Please allow up to 3 working days from when we receive your item for it to be processed.
