Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unopened and in original condition. Please see our Returns Policy for full details. Return shipping for incorrect orders is at the customer’s expense.
What if the item I receive is faulty?
Contact us immediately. Most issues can be resolved with some quick troubleshooting. If a return is needed, we’ll advise you of the next steps and may cover return shipping if the fault is confirmed.
How quickly do you ship?
